Welcome to my blog! If you're in your 20's, you'll probably relate the most with me. If you're not, I'm so happy you're here. I've gone through many changes in my life this past year. I feel as though I'm a new person because of it. I'm here to share my life experiences with you along the way. Maybe you'll feel like you can relate to me, or possibly you'll become inspired to do great things. Either way, I'll be sharing stories on varied topics.

Hi I'm Kerry!
I'm 25 years old and live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My nickname is Kdunph. In fifth grade, I had a diary I wrote in every day. It's when I discovered my love for writing. That's the idea behind the name Kdunph Diaries. I'm currently a sports reporter and do a lot of content creation with numerous companies. I'm also making my way through adulthood and doing a little bit of soul-searching along the way.

Make a bucket List.
Not only is it something fun to do, but I think it's so important to set goals for yourself. Do you ever catch yourself saying after a holiday, "I have nothing to look forward to now"? You'll have something to work towards by creating a bucket list! I also think it's a fun way to get excited about plans. Even the tiniest accomplishment will go a long way. For instance, here are some of mine that I've checked off so far ⤵️

I got my master's degree!
On November 23, 2021, I graduated from Full Sail University and received my master's degree in New Media Journalism. I was named Valedictorian of my graduating class and graduated with a 4.0 GPA! It was my goal from the beginning. I'm so happy I took this step. I truly believe it helped me grow as a journalist and a person.

I went to the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
In 2020, I got to see The Tonight Show, starring Jimmy Fallon, Live for the first time. I love NYC, and this has been something that was on my bucket list. I went with two friends, and we were pretty close to the stage. The two guests were Tan France and Kevin Bacon, both hilarious. The entire night was a lot of fun. There was a comedian that talked to us before the show and afterward. After the show, we ended up getting food and drinks. It turns out that the restaurant we went to used to be one of Jimmy's hangouts. Cool right? Something that surprised me was how deceiving the studio was. I thought it was much smaller than it was, compared to how large it looks on TV.

I Bought My Very Own Car!
In 2020, I bought my very own car, and I named him Calvin. Calvin who? Yeah. We have this funny tradition in our family where we give names to our cars. Don't ask. My last car was a Pontiac Grand Am (Penny the Pontiac). My dad gave it to me and my older sister Harley to share during my first year of college. The number of times that car broke down or the questionable sounds that we would ignore by turning up the radio. Ahh, those were the days. But, hey, she got us from point A to B, so that's all that matters, right? Getting my first car on my own was something I've always looked forward to - it was an adulting moment for sure. It's a Chevrolet Trax LS, and I love whipping it around. Getting my first car is now checked off of my bucket list ✔️

I love iced coffee, no matter the weather
I went to Penn State University and Full Sail University
I'm oddly obsessed with carbs, the good and "bad" kind. Pasta, pizza, cookies, brown rice, oats, you name it
My favorite artists to listen to are Post Malone and Madison Beer. I've been a fan of both of them for years!
I have a toy poodle named Layla
My favorite colors are blue and pink
I love watching makeup tutorials, vlogs, and Vogue interviews on YouTube
